Your recordings

Attesta and Minuta turn your recordings into text on your own computer. The audio is never uploaded, and nothing is sent to us.
Transcripts and files stay on that computer. You can delete them at any time.
Text goes to an AI provider only if you ask for an AI-written document, such as minutes or a summary. It goes to the provider you choose, under your own account. The audio is never sent.
For a court recording, the software warns you first.
If you connect Minuta to Microsoft Teams, recordings and results go through your own Microsoft 365, not through us.

If you fill in the contact form, we use what you send only to get back to you. We do not sell it.

The form is delivered through Google (reCAPTCHA, Apps Script and Gmail), and Netlify hosts the site. These companies may store data outside Canada.

We count visits with Google Analytics, without advertising.
